Swerve Sweetener, Confectioner Sugar Replacment, 12 Oz

Well I gotta say it is pricy, but if you are a diabetic it is worth it. I made a pie using this item and it was great! Some may find it has a slight after taste, bit if you're used to sugar free options you may not. I have the brown sugar from this brand and it too is very good. The only negative thing I have to say is the price.

swerve is wonderful for people who are diabetic it also works just like regular powered sugar when I used it in my cream cheese fillings. I'm not diabetic but the taste is great it's so cool to your mouth and no after taste.

This is my favorite product to turn my baked goods into delicious sugar free goods. I use it to replace all sugar ingredients. The best part absolutely no nasty after taste.

This product is a great sweetener for use in baking or whatever else you might prefer. Pouring it from the package is okay, but transferring it to a container might be easier. Swerve does not affect blood sugar, so it's safe for diabetics. There's 12 oz. of good stuff!

I made sugar free apple tarts for Thanksgiving and dusted the top crust with Swerve. They were delicious and being Diabetic I really appreciate this product. I can enjoy desserts again without feeling deprived. 10/10 highly recommend!

Excellent brand for substitute sugar, doesnt have a stevia or Splenda aftertaste, and doesnt give stomach upset like alcohol sugars, the confectioners sugar one is great, sift's wonderfully into desserts and blends flawlessly into things like ricotta and cream cheese, doesnt crystallize

For anyone trying to reduce or eliminate sugar from their diet, this is so helpful. It tastes especially good when sweetening cream or fruit.

This stuff is awesome if you have diabetes. Makes up just like powdered sugar! I used it for icing and it worked great!

If someone asks for a reference on Swerve, I'd ask how much sweet they were looking for. If they say the same as sugar (which is a long time of artificial sweetners ago for me) or very little, I'd suggest it. Otherwise, I would not recommend it.

Be aware that this powdered sugar replacement is MINTY! It contains Erythritol, which I didn't know has a minty aftertaste. If you are expecting a perfect copy of powdered sugar, this isn't it. If you are okay with a hint of mint in your sweets, this replacement works, looks, and feels just like powdered sugar. The first time I tasted it straight out of the bag, it was minty enough to give me heartburn which was definitely not expected.
