Ghiradelli Premium Baking Bar 100 percent Unsweete
This is the only way you are going to fine 100 percent for recipes. You melt it in a double boiler, and pour it into silicone molds, or small pans. Then put them in your freezer. So nice to have on hand. It is hard to find chips without sugar. Thanks

Quality
If you're going to indulge in chocolate, then quality chocolate is the way to go. Ghiradelli is a bar of chocolate you can taste the difference and is worth paying a little more for the delicious experience.

Best Product I could find
I purchased 2 boxes several weeks ago for daily health improvement reasons. It has the lowest heavy metal content of any other brands I have researched. Have been happy with texture and taste.
