Nature’s Eats Finely Ground Pecan Flour - Gluten-Free, Keto & Paleo Friendly, Non-GMO, 16 oz

My family has two Ketos and two vegetarians (not the same two in each case 😁). For this reason I have to make two kinds of meals each time everyone is home. This pecan flour has helped me make food that can support each person (pecan flour in place of white flour for Keto recipes and pecan flour in vegetarian roasts to help with necessary protein). This brand is the best I've found for smoothness of blending and taste making everyone happy.

I use this to cut carbs in most of my baked goods. I love that it makes them lighter in texture, but also adds a wonderful taste to them also! I used to buy this a my walmart, but they have now discontinued carrying it!( I was very upset %26 disdappointed with them!!). Then, found I could order it on line, thank goodness. Add some protein in your baked goods from bagels to muffins to throwing a spoonful in your fruit, just a delicious addition. Baking will never be the same! So glad to have found this, it makes everything better for taste and nutrition! This is something I keep on hand, and even grab a handful for a quick snack half an hour before and meal to kick my metabolism in and make digestion easier and more beneficial. If you love pecans you will love this!

This was such a delightful change to crust for fruit dessert!! I am gluten free and the GF crusts available never come close to texture or flavor of real crusts my mom used to make. This pecan flour was totally different than crust but added such a wonderful flavor to the cherry cobbler %26 blueberry tart desserts I made that I didn't even think any other type of crust would have been better!! Everyone loved my 2 desserts....no pictures, nothing leftover.

I have started following a "ketovore" lifestyle, and items like this make it possible. Pecans have the lowest count of carbs per serving for nuts. I have used ground pork rinds, but they are not good for all recipes. This is perfectly ground.

I used this in place of almond flour for a sweet treat. Since pecans are more flavorful, I didn't have to use as much sweetener! The muffins were delicious too!

As a vegetarian, I used pecan flour (pecan meal) to my recipes. I have always been able to but this product in the store. Now it's only online. Please bring it back to inside the store!!!

This pecan flour is perfect for adding nutty flavor to any baked item, to pancakes or waffles, and is a great addition to the breading on any bakedbirvfried fiah or chicken.

It's great quality and tastes wonderful but I am looking for larger quantities at a more affordable price. The bag goes super quick, there's just not enough.

absolutely love this product. cant use almond flour bc of high oxalates. use in place of flour or to make parfaits. made chocolate chip cookies that were amazing. finely ground, love it.
