ORGANIC COCONUT FLOUR I CAN AFFORD :)
On Low Carb way of eating, this (& almond flour) replace white or wheat flour in baking!!! Thank you, Piping Rock, for making these flours affordable!

Coconut flour for no- grain dog treats!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although a little more expensive than the other non-grain flours I need to make dog treats (dog's stomachs do not process the grains effectively), this adds some natural sweetness that the dogs enjoy. I haven't use it for human food yet but know it is used for things like pancakes, cookies, cakes etc. and you can't go wrong with Bob's Red Mill.

Makes my chocolate chip cookies amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Bob's cocoanut flour for several years, it is my favorite brand. I use it in gluten free cookies, muffins & waffles. Love the texture & flavor it adds to my recipes.

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently started using Bob's Redmill organic coconut flour to avoid gluten in my baking. So far I've used it in Healthy Avocado Brownies and corn bread. Both have turned out very delicious!

Used many brands of coconut flour. Bob Red Mill feels the most natural. Not overly white color either.

wish walmart created a cheaper version
i like coconut flour and wish there were more cheaper alternatives on the market. that is why it would be given a one star but this was not badly priced

Good Product but OUT OF DATE
Eating Keto we use alot of coconut flour which we prefer to almond flour. This was on sale so we ordered 2 bags which it said was only available on the website. It was however delivered from a store the same day and both bags were out of date. One bag was 7 months past the date and the other 6 months. We called customer service and received a refund but must warn people to please check the dates before any purchase at Walmart.

Walmart is delivering expired products
I ordered this on November 2021 and the product delivered to me was expired. It says best by 11 August 2021. I don't know how the walmart delivery person didn't even see the expiry date before delivering it to us. Really disappointed
