It has a coconut taste.
I did not realize that this was not pure almond flour. It has coconut flour in it, and I could taste it in the cookies I made. I had never used almond flour before, so I can't comment on that. Just beware the coconut flavor.

I used this for my son with allergies until they raised the price to a ridiculous amount. I rather not eat baked goods anymore than give my money to these companies.

not just almond flour
I thought it was just almond flour because I wanted to make almond croissants but it has too many other ingredients for me to do that successfully. The packaging is very misleading
