This worked so well for low carb peanut butter cookies! It was simple to use, added sweetness without spiking blood sugar, and had a decent hint of brown sugar flavor. The only little gripe I have is the texture is a bit off from actual brown sugar, but not enough for me to stop reaching for this.

This is my GO TO brown sugar. It's TOTALLY zero calorie sweetener, not half and half like some other brands. It's a little pricey, but honestly in my opinion (as someone who has close to no money at any given point in time) it is 100% worth it if you need to avoid sugar for health reasons or for weight loss reasons. I am Diabetic %26 try to avoid eating sugar. This is a wonderful replacement, one of the best ones I have tried. I use it in Baked Beans, some Chinese Food Recipes, %26 I also make Upside Down Pineapple Cake with it. I highly recommend trying it, just start out with a smaller amount in your recipe and then add more as needed.

The flavor is good. Has true brown sugar vibes. It is not nearly as sweet as sugar so you might need to add more. I've used it for sprinkling on oatmeal, making pancakes, and baking muffins and its worked out great. I have not tried cookies so I don't know how it will effect the texture. It does feel expensive for the small amount you get. Overall I would recommend.
