Crack tops need shipped in a different way
I like it. It arrives when they say it is however it needs in a different kind of shipping instead of a bag because the three times I have ordered it. The tops are cracked so they need to change something on it and make a better shipping so it doesn't mess it up.

Great pick me up
This MCT oil is good when poured into your coffee for a little pick me up during a long work or school day. I have to warn you that you will no longer be constipated after consuming this product. I recommend this product in aid for daytime sleepiness or fatigue. Just don't take too much or else your stomach will be cramping all day. I suggest take the minimum dose your first time consuming so you can see how your body reacts to this because everyone's body is different.

It did alter the taste of coffee
Tried to use in my coffee like other brands I've used but this stuff tasted awful like it was rancid. The last brand I bought was absolutely tasteless.

switching to powder!
This doesnt have an odor or taste, which is great. However, since its an oil, its messy. Also, it doesnt mix well with my coffee so it leaves an oil slick! Definitely switching to the powder.
