Knox Original Unflavored Gelatin, 4 ct. Packets

LaIt is surprising how many recipes call for unflavored gelatin. Especially on low carb, they throw it in everything! Anything that needs firming up? Hello gelatin. I have seen a lot of ice creams and frozen desserts that call for it. Knox has been around since before I was born. It works, and it works well. It's not expensive and it's not glamorous or trendy. It's a product that quietly does its job, and lets us collect the credit.

This works exactly as you'd expect. I made some fruit snacks. They came out the right texture, with a hint of that gelatin-y taste. But that is, of course, to be expected.

When baking and needing a thickener, this is my "go to" choice. Been using it for years. I have never been disappointed.

I want to start eating this jello to see if it helps with my pain %26 all the other benefits it provides.

Purchased 2 boxes. When mixed with water, gelatin powder stinks to high heaven like maggots done with rotted meat.

all packages vere slit open and product spilled out . all was totaly contaminated, sabotaged and unusable. knox has serious manufacturing issues with out of USA manufacturing. will never buy their product again!!!
