McCormick Kosher Banana Extract, 2.0 fl oz Box

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. McCormick Banana Extract was surprisingly good! I have used certain extracts where the aftertaste was medicinal and artificial. This extract was not the case! I used it on a banana cake, and it greatly enhanced the banana flavor,without tasting artificial. Recommend!

I received the McCormick Banana Extract and immediately made a list of banana dishes to make. We had banana pancakes and, of course, chocolate chip banana bread. I used equal amounts of vanilla and banana extract. It left the banana bread full of banana flavor without tasting artificial. McCormick always has the highest standards and flavor. I would absolutely recommend this extract.

I really enjoyed this product. It's a great addition to any at home baker's pantry. While I did get this item for free in exchange for a review, I would repurchase. It gave my vegan banana bread a nice added banana kick without a fake banana taste. Only negative would be the label on the bottle was very off center.

First off, the banana extract is strong so a little goes a long way which is a positive (I just wish I knew that, lol🤦‍♀️). After some trial and error (my fault), we made delicious banana pudding ice cream. It was drool worthy and a big hit! Definitely recommend, but be careful with the amount you use! 😉

I received this McCormick Banana Extract as a sample to test out. I have never used the banana before but have always used McCormick brand items. This has a great banana flavor to it just as it should. It's obviously up to you as to how strong you want the flavor in the item you are making. You just can't go wrong with a trusted brand like McCormick.

I received McCormick's Banana Extract complementary from BuzzAgent in exchange for my honest review. I was So excited to see how much extra banana flavor it would add. I added it to my banana bread batter along with three ripe bananas. The banana aroma was noticeable right away. The finished bread came out beautiful golden brown, moist, and a delicious banana flavor. Especially used, loving the extract when making, because it really added an extra pop-up flavor. This was such a fun product to experiment with. I can see myself keeping a bottle on hand for other things like pancakes, muffins, and pudding.

Initially, I was leery about using a banana extract because I know that too much of any extract can be disgusting and I'm not a huge imitation banana person myself (I'm looking at you, banana flavored candy and ice-cream, gross). But, I gave it a shot and I'm glad I did. I added about 1/2 tsp into a pint of homemade frozen banana Greek yogurt and it really made a difference without tasting fake. I would say that a little goes a long way, but I'm looking forward to adding this to my repertoire for homemade frozen treats and baked goods! I would repurchase this product.

Thank you for my free product. I am very glad I was able to try this item through a promotion. The banana extract drops really makes a significant difference to any cake. For example, starting off with a regular vanilla poundcake, adding just a couple drops of this will really make you feel like you smashed bananas. It really does make a huge difference.

McCormick Banana Extract is about as potent as you can get with banana flavor. If you are a banana flavor fan, this is definitely the extract for you. It does have bit of the faker banana taste, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I mixed mine in a cocktail and used three drops, which was probably a little too much.

The family used it as the packaging suggested as there weren't many recipes online. When blended into the strawberry smoothy, it gave only a slight hint of banana but a very biting taste to the children. The same with the pudding. If used for baking or in a way for alcohol to burn off, then it was fine for children. Pancakes had a flavor though a bit artificial. It will not take the place of real bananas, though the smell is quite appealing.
