Hershey's Special Dark Dutched Cocoa Powder, Can 8 oz

This stuff makes the best chocolatiest baked goods- way better than generic cocoa powder. The flavor is great and the visual difference it produces vs the regular lighter cocoa powder makes the baked goods feel more luxurious and indulgent.

Rich dark chocolate, can cause a chocolate overload! Used it to make a triple chocolate birthday cake for a friend, has so much more of a chocolate flavor than the regular Hershey's cocoa. Mixes in well.

Having a slight preference for dark chocolate, over milk chocolate, I was led to Hershey‘s Special Dark Cocoa. Started using it everyday in my morning protein drink and have never looked back. Also great for intensifying the chocolate flavor in prepackaged goods such as cake mixes, pudding‘s, etc.

I've been enjoying Hershey's Dark Cocoa for many years. It's the only choice if you want that deep, rich chocolate flavor for your recipes. The last few months it was impossible to find %26 being a chocolate lover, I panicked, but suddenly it appeared online at Walmart %26 I ordered immediately.

we have always chose Hershey's chocolate as a staple in our home to create chocolatey Confections. I used Toll House Cocoa powder a few times, but I'm back to strictly Hershey's, and it is the special dark for me. I do not think it's any more better than any other cocoa powder, I feel like it gives it a more depth of true cocoa and a slight earthiness, and with that being said, even your extremely rich desserts, are not overpowering when it comes to being too sickening sweet or too heavy, it just gives it the right balance. you do have to work with it to find your own specific palatable choices for your chocolatey desserts or whatever you choose to put your cocoa powder in. you have to remember there's a higher percentage of cacao in the dark chocolate. I love love love this cocoa powder. you do not have to spend $30 or more for an 8 oz container of good cocoa powder. remember you can also buy the special dark and by the regular cocoa powder and mix them in any recipe to suit your tastes.

I am fussy about my cocoa and also I prefer the Dutched-process cocoa, which yields a smoother taste. I like the intense chocolatey flavor of the dark product combines with the smoothness of the dutched cocoa. This is the only formulation with that combination I know, and it's not too expensive, either. Availability is spotty, though, so if you see it in stock and you want it, buy it.

This is the best cocoa for really good, dark chocolate pudding or chocolate ice cream. It has been unavailable anywhere for nearly a year. So when I saw the Walmart had it I ordered 6 (just in case it disappeared again). (But order the package of 3 with a quantity of 2 (that makes 6) which is significantly cheaper than ordering the package of 6. (Go figure!). And shipping was free. It arrived in two days. It's been here just over an hour and the first barch of chocolate pudding has been made!

I like the high fat one that hasn't been processed as much, but can only get it through shipping. Which was fine except you've cut shipping as an option for most items . There is a fee charged if it's under $35. There were several things I wanted to get, but I couldn't get up to $35 because the shipping option was shut down. Some corporate idiot thinks it will save Walmart money …but it will lose a lot of money . I went to Amazon instead and spent $60 you're gonna lose a lot of money.

The product itself is great, however, if you want this shipped, be prepared to have cocoa powder everywhere. 2 of the 3 containers were damaged and busted open during shipping and cocoa powder got on everything in the box. Shame to have lost a good amount of a great product but that's the risk you take in shipping items like this.

This product is the best. BUT WALMART SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO GET BETTER DELIVERY PEOPLE. All of the cocoa powder I ordered is damaged and now you have to call in order to speak to an agent. WALMART YOU NEED TO GO BACK TO THE OLD SYSTEM CAUSE I CANNOT CALL YOU FOR FREE AND I'm DEFINITELY AT A LOST NOW. I am very upset cause I need my refund.
