Creamy white chocolate
Ghirardelli is the best for all things chocolate, and this white chocolate baking bar is no exception. I would recommend it if you wanted to have white chocolate shavings on top of your treats. For melting, I would recommend the Ghirardelli wafers as being far easier to melt without chopping.

top quality - cocoa butter only!
It is great to find quality white chocolate thru Walmart. That is cocoa butter, not palm oil or other weird ingredients. And it was a perfect amount needed for my recipe, sometimes you don't need too much. You could tell it was fresh and not old and rancid. Melts well, also.

Blessed Baker
This product is fabulous to cook cookies with. It keeps its shape %26 flavor. I absolutely love baking only with this product. I have been a 5 star cookie baker for 30 years. 💞

Excellent!
This white chocolate has a wonderful flavor. It is sweet and creamy without being super sweet. I purchased another brand of baking white chocolate at the same time to compare. There is no comparison. The other was *eww* and this one is *yum*! Plan to make white chocolate hot cocoa.

Ghirardelli is the top choice for chocolate. The white chocolate is easy to melt, and it goes great with literally anything.

The finest white chocolate bar! Flavor is rich and smooth. Not overly sweet. Better for snacking than a bar in the candy isle.

Price is high for the amount but it is the best chocolates in my opinion. It is creamy and has a great vanilla flavor without being overpowering.

Not up to Ghirardelli's typical quality
The main issue I have with this white chocolate is the texture. It is a bit gritty %26 not creamy. I am surprised. I expected better from Ghirardelli being as how it is considered to be quality candy. Maybe the batch was inconsistent because of the busyness Christmas season.
