Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate Premium Baking Bar with 100 % Cacao, 4 oz Box

Have eaten a couple of pieces. Bought this for health benefits of dark chocolate and many assured me that I would not like it. They were wrong. THIS dark chocolate melted in my mouth, was completely smooth, taste was fine. Did not have the problem some have mentioned breaking the pieces off the main bar. Might mention that dark chocolate is NOT supposed to be refrigerated. If I had not seen that information when researching dark chocolate before buying I would have popped it right in as refrigerator or freezer seems to me the right place to store chocolate. I put it in a metal storage cabinet in the kitchen so dog, etc, would not get it -- cabinet located where sun never hits it at any season, even if all blinds are up. Also, regarding taste, I NEVER put granulated sugar on anything -- want to taste what I am eating, not sugar. If your preference differs, that might affect your opinion of the taste of dark chocolate, but there was nothing about the taste of this particular dark chocolate that I would expect to be unpleasant to anyone. I infer, do not know, that after it has been used to make something, that may be frozen. If I find contrary evidence, I will update this. If it is not possible to update reviews when additional data is collected, it should be.

Great sugarless chocolate. I break in half, melt in a pyrex for about 45 seconds, stir. Add chopped walnuts to form walnut clusters, which I then put in the freezer for a few minutes then store in the pantry. The chocolate is smooth, easy to melt in a microwave, Walmart has the best price for the brand and I keep several bars in the pantry. Also, you can melt, stir, and pour or drip over frozen banana slices, put in freezer in a rubbermaid, and eat a healthy snack anytime.

Listen, if you want dark unsweetened chocolate that doesn't taste as bitter as nail polish remover, but still have a slight bitterness to it... THIS is a great choice. The texture is great, the smell is gorgeous, the flavor is complex and fun (does have that hint of peanut butter but not too strong so it blends in seamlessly with the dark cacao). My husband likes to put it into toppings for his keto homemade ice cream; makes a fantastic topping (w/o the sugar and carbs!... its a super plus

I do a lot of baking and Candy making and Bakers unsweetened chocolate is the only one I have ever trusted to use. i was very hapy to find it in bulk

Bakers Chocolate always performs well. It's terrific in recipes where you want to skip regular sugar and use sweeteners like monk fruit, stevia, erythritol, or allulose. A perfect way to enjoy some treats without spiking blood sugar!

100% cacao, which is good for your heart. Can't ask for a better "snack". No sugar added, but you get used to it. Very good purchase, even if you don't bake with it.

Beyond delicious!! If I've made their One bowl brownies once, I've made them a million times! So easy and versatile too. I make these in a cupcake tin at least twice a month and freeze them in a ziplock. Pop one out and micro for 10 sec - ready to devour. If I'm in the mood... add vanilla ice cream... I ordered 4 of these Baker's Unsweet Chocolate Baking Bars because they were priced on the Walmart website at a price of $ 1.12 for each and I thought they were being sold at a reduced price! When I saw the receipt for my purchases on my pick-up order the price for each was $4.12 :<((! So, I ended up spending a total of $3.00 each or $12.00 more total for these 4 items than I had planned. Walmart should honor their price mistake they had posted on their website!!

Melts great, Taste not the best, Wish it was organic By the color of it looks kinda old. overall OK purchase for the price but don't know why the color is like that ive got it from Amazon and it wasn't that Weird grayish color 🤷‍♀️

not good at all decided to try it instead of normal brand bring out of stock. I was not good in my recipe at all.I would say if can get a other brand do so.
