I got the almond extract and it is wonderful I put a little bit in my milk to use in my coffee because the almond creamer doesn't taste that much like almond.

Mix this almond with vanilla extract when making frosting and it tastes like vanilla ice cream. Cake and ice cream, yum!

I never really liked extracts before, except for vanilla. I had never even tried almond extract, but this time I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did! Used this in a batch of almond shortbread cookies over the weekend. A little goes a long way, I only needed about half a teaspoon and the almond flavor came through clearly without tasting artificial or bitter, which has happened with other extracts I've tried before. The bottle is small but should last a while since you don't need much per recipe. Poured smoothly, no clumping or separation. Would use again for baking, and I'd guess it'd work fine in things like frosting or oatmeal too! Overall solid, does what it says, no complaints. Would recommend to anyone who bakes regularly and wants a reliable almond flavor without overdoing it.

I used this almond extract for baking almond apple bread and it has a really good flavor. You don't need much to get that sweet almond taste, and it doesn't have that weird artificial flavor that some extracts do. It worked perfectly for my recipe and gave the bread a nice almond flavor without being overpowering. Definitely a staple to keep in the pantry!

VERY strong flavor. I put in a little too much when making a pear tart, and it's overpowering. However, the flavor is very nice and accents the rest well, as long as you don't use too much! I'll definitely be using it more in the future but at half what recipes call for.
