Nice lemon extract. Has a good lemon flavor without being artificial tasting. I add 1/4 teaspoon to iced tea occasionally to make it extra refreshing and add a little zip. It's also nice to add a tad to a pitcher of lemonade. It's perfect to add to a pound cake or any recipe that needs a little extra flavor.
