Okay, I was really frustrated with this flour, at first. I had to do some research on just how to use it. It's not the same as regular flour. After learning how to use it. It's the only flour I'm using for my bread, pastries and anything else! It's SO delicious!!

King Arthur flour is always exceptional quality. It's a little bit more expensive, in my opinion it's worth paying a little extra to support such a great company. I also really appreciate that the company is owned by the employees. I think that helps the standards to stay very high and it's a good feeling to support them. Their flour isn't genetically modified which for me is huge! I also love that it's not bleached or bromated! I've never understood why flour has to be bleached, it just seems so unnecessary to me! I also love that the wheat is grown right here in America! They also have great recipes! They also teach me about the flour which a really like. For me it's a win-win situation!

Have used this brand of flour for several years and never a disappointment in flavor or end result. 5 lb. bag is perfect size to store in original bag until needed or in a storage container.

The only thing I would change is protecting the Flour with a plastic bag or something instead of it being thrown in a box with other items that break the PAPER the flour comes in. It's upsetting when the flour is all over everything in the box and I lose part of it. And it is quite a mess!

King Authur bread flour is the BEST flour I have ever used. It makes the fluffiest home made yeast rolls i have ever baked. I love the taste and the consistent way it rises . I also use this flour to mix with my corn meal for cornbread. Sweet cinnamon rolls rise and taste delicious every time, pie crusts are very tender I have not found a use this flour has failed to make superb. Thank you King Authur! ps , I have also purchased other flour products from ka but the bread flour is the best and the value is great.

hi, I make bread with my bread machine and this flower seem to work really well. I made some apricot bread as well as both white and whole wheat breads. They came out well they taste good and the flower grind seems to be really good. I'm not having any problems like I do with gluten-free bread and I'd highly recommend that you use this especially when it's for sale under five dollars for 5 pounds

I've used several different brands of flour, but this is by far the best. Bread and pasta made with this flour is always 👌. It produces the perfect texture and taste everytime. Not only is King Arthur superb with the taste and texture, but no added "crap" makes mine and my families stomachs happy. Unbleached, non-enriched, and no preservatives; I'll be a loyal customer of King Arthur's.

King Arthur Bread Flour has been my key to successful sourdough bread baking. The flavor, the crumb , and crust has consistently been good. Combined with a good starter a great tasting sourdough bread is assured.

When it was delivered, it was found standing upright on one side instead of flat, flour was already seeping out the sides... I just knew it was gonna be a disaster. I brought it inside to find some bags were busted from mishandling. Is there no Fragile label to keep it horizontal??? My entire floor had been covered in flour up to my nostrils. There was nothing keeping the flour bags safe inside the box from being rattled.
