This is my first try, at this magnesium calcium zinc supplements 😳So far so good?😂I tried other supplements but it didn't have the magnesium calcium combination 🤔Hmmm, the pills are easy to swallow is what I especially like🤓I must persevere my bone health😂So there!!

I wanted gel cap form of the cal mag zinc supplement this one is a gel cap. It's always hard to evaluate if a supplement is doing anything or not. So honestly, all I can say is it does not fall apart in my mouth and I take it every day.

Jell pills are easier to swallow than large uncoated calcium pills. I like having them contain both calcium citrate and carbonate.
