This is my second purchase of this item. It really helps to lower blood sugars and the taste is really good, not bitter at all.

These are very tasty and I think they're I think they are working. They're keeping my blood sugar down, which is a great thing. Definitely would recommend for a diabetic.

The only issue for me is I didn't see any change. Tastes great, easy to use, could be a little cheaper or more product to give better value.

These taste horrible. I couldn't force myself to take them again after first time. I threw 2 full bottles away!

Does it taste good? No, it taste like medicine with mild apple and cinnamon taste. Does it lower blood sugar? Not really but I've only been taking these for a few days. Does it make you lose your appetite and cravings? I think it is, I do sort of mildy feel like theres this force in my body telling me that im full quicker but I havent really eaten a lot yet. My main goal was to lower blood sugar and atm its too early to tell if it really works. If I dont update this in the future it means it didnt work but if I do see that my blood sugar stays down I will continue to order this and update the review.

I was really looking forward to getting these. However, the taste and smell is so bad that I can not continue to take them. All of my supplements are in gummy form. They can be made more palatable.

Tastes terrible. I took it with my multivitamin gummies to get it down. Stomache discomfort an hour later, lasted all night. And swollen belly and sore breasts in the morning. 5 days in a row. Yesterday night I skipped it. No breast pain, no belly ache. There's something in these thats not listed because Cimmamon and Red beans do not cause this type of pain and hormonal changes.

Work the first then downhill after that, second carbs and sugar crazing were the same then really bad stomach pain and nausea for 2 days now plus dizziness
