Sometimes a spoon ful of cinnamin power is too much and being in a capsule is less noticeable.

I am very please with this product!!! I'm a type 2 diabetic and heard that cinnamon was good for blood sugars. I tried this and I have noticed that my blood sugars are lower in the mornings!!!

Ceylon is not carcinogenic as is the other cinnamon on the market. I take one daily for blood sugar maintenance and also sprinkle another capsule on hot cereal and fruit.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. This supplement, contains a terrible chemical, called magnesium stearate, listed under other ingredients, on the bottle.This is not suitable for your body, and is not sufficient for boosting good health.

Ceylon cinnamon capsules
This Ceylon cinnamon was not expired, but it did not have the effect I expected - lower blood sugar. I opened a capsule and the “cinnamon” had no smell. I don't know if it was fake or what the problem is. I threw both bottles away.
