Bought for a fishing boat trip. I did use it once immediately before getting on a boat before but still spent the day seasick and vomiting overboard. I was advised to take Dramamine each day a few days in advance before a boat outing, and this time it was very effective and I had minimal nausea.

the product mentions that if you can take it before you experience symptoms that would be best which is true. in my case I was experiencing cyber sickness and it was a very bad case actually strained my eyes pretty bad and it was able to help with a dizziness significantly. if you could take it beforehand you probably would only need to take half of the maximum dosage but in my case where the dizziness is coming on already I need the full dose .

NOTHING is better than name brand Dramamine for nausea among OTC products. I tried others to save money and won't be doing that again.

I was in the hospital and was nauseated for about a week. After I was home I ordered some original Dramamine and I keep it on hand just in case.. Also makes me sleepy.

This is the only brand i have found that works fast and last for hrs. I get very car sick ever since i was a little kid. This helps a lot, only down side is it makes you feel very tired so i wouldn't drive while taking this. This is more for a passenger princess. They do have a non drowsy but i personally feel it doesn't work as well as the original

I like this small sized bottle for home and for in my purse. I gave a four star because sometimes this seems to help, but sometimes it doesn't. That could be due to me and not the medication, though.
