These are definitely worth it. I think they act the same as a Pepto brand. And you get more for your money. I prefer chewables over the liquid beard. However, my boyfriend prefers a liquid over the chewable. I think these are very easy to travel with I take them with me when I'm traveling. I leave a pack in my purse just in case. They definitely almost have a immediate reaction if you're feeling nauseous or your stomach hurts. Also use it for any acid reflux relief

Being prone to diarrhea, its real fear when you open the drawer to get one of these tiny tablets and its the last one. Thank goodness WalMart allows on line ordering. I'm disabled and don't even want to think about what I'd do if WalMart didn't offer this purchase option. And these things work......and fast!! I broke my own rule to order another one when you open the last one. Not again. Talk about diarrhea when the fear hit. No, let's not.

I've been dealing with a nasty stomach bug and decided to gives this a try for nausea.. I will say they did provide temporary relief very quickly but this was the first time I've had a reaction to “bismuth subsalicylate” which is found in Pepto and most stomach relief products. Let's just say it cause a very odd and almost frightening color stool. Only had the issue one time in the past and it was also with the equate stomach liquid. I'm guessing it's the formula? Helps but the side effect keeps me from taking it often.

I'm only giving them 4 stars because it gets the job done.. . Other than that it is no bueno! I got these as a replacement to the Pepto chewables and they DON'T taste good! They don't like dissolve you need to chew them, but the taste is just ehh.... If you're on a budget and need them to help with heartburn they will definitely help with that ASAP!!! Only reason they got 4 stars..

Generics cannot be knocked, especially when they do the same thing the vastly overpriced ruba tub tubby starts its ritual with a stupid commercial that usually airs when adults are not watching a tv anywhere. The instructions on the package states one can chew on these concrete bases circular tables whose results need tweaked big time. Meanwhile and one of the very few Equate generics cannot be chewed or even swallowed. Do not try to shove one of these impossible and worrisome tablets as it is likely to get stuck! Next by chewing, you may end up losing a couple teeth. The taste is fine, just don't be surprised if you open your mouth up and half your teeth are black...a side effect that occurs anywhere bismuth is sold. The relief never came about, though I can tell you the upset stomach is relived every time and usually within minutes from trying eat just one of these super hard, unfriendly otc. I recommend HIGHLY you spend the money, especially if the ol number 2 looks more like number 1 exiting the human soul Bismuth is the human answer to the 4 chamber vegetarians found mowing yards in every farm land across the word. The black stain, btw will change back to your heaviy invested ultrawhite teeth so popular these days. So to recap, no to this purchase, be sure to wear metal braces over all your teeth and make no attempt to chew these computer chip of a pill. 3rd there are 5 results are all overblown except for heartburn and upset stomach. Last time you buy from the bell. I ended up ordering the equate liquid, but it remains no where on earth, even when I am paying my dues by staying close to the latrine and ignoring anyone knocking on the door. Bad idea, bad product and poor results.

I bought these because they were cheaper than pepto bismol tablets. They were DISGUSTING. When my stomach hurt, these made me sicker because the taste was so foul. I only took one serving. Do not buy! The reviews saying these are nasty are correct! Buy the pepto bismol tablets because at least those are tolerable. I threw these ones away. I repeat DO NOT BUY.

Misleading packaging. I wanted an alternative to Pepto-Bismol so I didn't have to drink it so I take the pills and I wanted to buy the pills and it has a round shape on the package and it's labeled as a tablet. Pepto is labeled as chewable. I did not want to chewable. This does not say that it's chewable on the front of it but on the directions in the small fine print on the back which I ordered this online I found out that it is not actually a tablet that you swallow but it's actually a chewable that's not labeled as a chewable. Disappointed and I bought three packs
