(2 pack) Equate Children's Dosing Syringe, 10 mL

Used this to force feed my ailing cat. Other syringes had too small an opening (aperture) even when using baby food thinned with a liquid (no-salt broth, or low-salt clam juice). Too small an aperture meant the plunger would sometimes move too fast on sucking in the food causing air to get sucked inside, or the plunger would jerk when pressing down on the plunger resulting in too much sudden increase in food injected into cat's mouth. This has a bigger aperture so more appropriate for paste foods (baby food, bisque). Even works with liquids, like water and milk. Didn't need the dosage control since I was feeding food to my cat, not meds (which were mixed into the cat's food). Disassembly works, but took me a few times to figure out to wash out the syringe after feeding. Plunger moves smoothly. No erratic friction changes while moving the plunger, so feeding doesn't result in too much food injected into mouth at once.

we used it to feed 3 dau old baby kittens who had a young first time mom who would not stay with the kittens to let them nurse. very easy to use for just what we needed it to do.

Great product but a little hard to use with the screw on bottom and getting the syringe to plunge when it's not just right

Easily readable labeling for measuring medication. Make's administering medicine to kids easier and more accurate.

I like that there are two different ways to measure the medication. Very satisfied with this purchase

this was very easy to use so it's just the first time I've had one like this but I would recommend it to anyone it's very good to use

gives you the ability to choose what millimeter level you want to have the syringe pull to you so it's easier to do the dosing so I really do like that. works just fine

I actually used this to help feed a family member who has been having trouble eating...They are on a liquid to soft diet and it worked great...I have a medical background so if you try this method please contact your family physician first...

I actually bought it to use on one of my dogs because she refuses to take tablets. I have tried everything so I decided to try liquid meds and a syringe to see what happens. I was actually able to get some in her mouth the first time but once she realized what was going on she didn't want anything to do with it.

Looks nice, but immediately after first use and first wash the tip snapped right off. It is still usable but in my opinion the quality of the plastic is poor.
