For the past year or more, I have been suffering majorly with sinus issues, not just the headache but severe pain and pressure. Before i tried this the only thing that would take it away was products that were tylenol, based until I found this, and now this seems to be literally the only thing that works.Otherwise I can't even move or think straight.And I am literally crying out loud in pain with my head and eyes covered. also can not beat the price for a product that actually works so good!

Hay Fever!!! It ruins my life. I also have an endless sinus headache. This product does help. Also the price is reasonable. I do not take it all day , every day. Rather I take only first thing in the morning and last thing at night. And as I said, it HELPS. No miracles here but it does help.

The only OTC medicine I use for allergies and sinus congestion %26 headache. I take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening before bed . No need for 2-3 different kinds of meds . This one works great !

This has been a life saver when my allergies flare up plus especially when my sinuses are reacting at the same time. The only thing I don't like is this product doesn't come in a 24 Hr usage.

I love this product ,helps to keep my sinus under control, remember to take them at the first sign of sinus .Happy customer haven't been to the emergency hospital for a long while for my sinus problems. I take Equate Maximum Strength Severe Allergy plus Sinus Headache Caplets, 20 Count for my sinus and allergy issues. I take two pills at night before I go to bed and it works 24 hours. I love this medicine because it helps me to sleep and wake up clear and able to breathe. It works fast and if I don’t want to go to sleep, I just take on pill, and it last for 12 hours.

I dislike when you guys miss items and you had paid, why can i receive my items. Lately you guys has been messing up my orders. I cannot get a good review. Sorry
