A must have
I've been really happy with Equate Maximum Strength Severe Allergy Plus Sinus Headache tablets. They work just as well as the name brand for me, but at a much better price. The tablets help relieve my allergy and sinus headache symptoms quickly without making me overly sleepy, which I really appreciate. They're also small and easy to swallow. I've had such a good experience with them that I've already recommended them to family and friends.

Sinus Headache Medication-The Best
When you have a sinus headache you need relief, and you want it now! and relief is what you get when using this medication. I'm not a doctor or a pharmacist and I can't prescribe medicine but I can tell you if you have a sinus headache this will give you some relief.

works way better than the expensive name brand!
For the past year or more, I have been suffering majorly with sinus issues, not just the headache but severe pain and pressure. Before i tried this the only thing that would take it away was products that were tylenol, based until I found this, and now this seems to be literally the only thing that works.Otherwise I can't even move or think straight.And I am literally crying out loud in pain with my head and eyes covered. also can not beat the price for a product that actually works so good!

Hay Fever!!! It ruins my life. I also have an endless sinus headache. This product does help. Also the price is reasonable. I do not take it all day , every day. Rather I take only first thing in the morning and last thing at night. And as I said, it HELPS. No miracles here but it does help.

Allergy %26 Sinus medicine that works
The only OTC medicine I use for allergies and sinus congestion %26 headache. I take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening before bed . No need for 2-3 different kinds of meds . This one works great !

Best medicine for sinus/ allergies!!
This medicine works! I usually take this first when I have a headache and allergies are bothering. The only wish I could find it in a bottle as it's difficult to open the foil and paper blister pack

Life Savor
This has been a life saver when my allergies flare up plus especially when my sinuses are reacting at the same time. The only thing I don't like is this product doesn't come in a 24 Hr usage.

Best medicine for sinus sufferers
This is the only allergy medicine I have ever tried that really works!! It clears my sinuses and completely relieves my sinus headache. The only thing I'm not crazy about is it comes in blister packs. I also like the reasonable price tag.

I have tried other OTC sinus headache meds and this pill works FAST and the price is low! I buy 2 boxes at a time to make sure I have this medicine when I need it!!
