I prefer these over the expensive name brands

Anonymous May 18, 2026

I tried several of the expensive name brand incontinence pads/liners thinking that they must be higher quality or more effective than the cheaper options, right? Otherwise they wouldn't cost so much more... Boy was I wrong. The "discreet" brand always bunched up and the absorbant area was way to small and thin to rely on when you spend most of the day in a public setting. The high priced "grace" brand in the same level of absorbantcy was big and bulky, did not protect as efficiently against sudden spurts, which could lead to embarrassing leaks. I have tried just about every other brand available because I live over an hour away from the nearest Walmart and I can't always afford to pay $7.99 for shipping on an item that costs less than $5.00 and weights less than 6 Oz. It would be cheaper to ship it via USPS. So I stock up whenever the closest Walmart have enough in stock to make it worth the trip or if a holiday is coming up I'll buy a month of W since it's cheaper than the gas I would spend to get there. I really wish the equate brand was available without the hassle I have to through each to buy them, especially when they are out of stocks for extended periods of time. These work so much better than any other brand I've tried, and would continue to by them even if they were more expensive than the name brand competitors.

A very good thin pad. I use it when going out for added protection. Just the right size and does hold a light leak. Now I can cough and sneeze without worrying.

Discreet, Absorbent %26 Priced Well

Anonymous March 13, 2026

These help with the days at the end of the cycle or for anyone who has had kids and the plumbing doesn't go back to the way it was. I like that they are discreet and if I'm wearing pants, there's no bulk. I like the long length and find this far more protective. They are just comfortable and the Equate brand is promising.

Perfect Little Pad

China44 May 2, 2026

I love everything about these. The price, coverage, length, and quality is just right. I found these as a replacement for another brand that changed the quality of their pads to be less effective and increased their price. The Equate brand turned out to be a better quality and also cheaper.

I've tried different brands, different kinds, and I keep going back to this brand and this kind! I believe they are the best ones, and the price is really great!

Personal Care

Unscammer November 25, 2015

I have used these before receiving them from the Spark Reviewer. This is a good product for leakage if you are experiencing leakage. If you do have leakage it does keep you dry from the moisture. You don't know that you had the leakage. The cotton enhanced Dri-Fit system does protect your sensitive skin from irritation. It does have premium odor protection so that you don't experience odor from the leakage. It is a trusted leakage protection. The thin fit is designed for soft comfortable protection. I was thinking these would be better than those sanitary pads / liners used for menstrual cycles. These keep you drier than those sanitary pads / liners. It keeps the moisture wetness away from you and has odor protection. I would recommend this product as a Trusted Bladder / Menstrual Cycle Product.

Less Bulky Than Expected

BeachyAndFrugal November 16, 2015

I had expected these to be bulkier and more like the old-time sanitary pads, but they were very thin and actually more comfortable than a normal panti-liner. Normally, with panti-liners, they sometimes bunch up and get stuck in weird contorted shapes that are uncomfortable and they are stuck that way until you switch them out for a new one. But with these, they stayed flat and did not get all twisted or bent. Also, I wore them for about two weeks and had no leakage problem, so I cannot say for certain that they work well, but they are slightly thicker than a panti-liner of the same size, so I would imagine that they would be at least equal in quality. In addition, as something you wear daily, they are more comfortable so even if they are equal in absorbency, they are still better than normal panti-liners. Also, they come individually wrapped in a nice little packet, so they travel easily.

Yes

I like these because I like to change pads often. These are perfect for that without making you feel like you are throwing away money. If you want something to last all day, this is not it. Changing frequently helps reduce odor and keeps you fresh. These I change every 3 hours or so. Perfect.

Good option for light incontinence issues

Austinbiggirl November 4, 2015

It is sad/funny when you turn 60 and suddenly you understand what all the incontinence jokes are about. It doesn't happen all the time and it isn't “much” of a problem, but you need something. That something is Equate Options, very light liners. Like many women of 60+ years, my need for “something' depends on the activity I am engaged in, the time of day, how much fluid I have consumed, medications, etc. There are times when Equate Options, very light liners are not enough, but most of the time they are the right choice. When you compare them side by side to other similar liners you will find that Equate Options are wider, longer and thicker than the other liners offered for the same or higher prices. They do the job, so you can even smile at all the incontinence jokes. In fact, with Equate Options liners you can even laugh at jokes without fear. There are multiple light liners out there to choose from give Equate Options a try. Always be a wise consumer – compare the quality and the unit price of liners. Drug, discount and even grocery stores have them on sale or with coupons for great prices.

length

susan June 13, 2026

I'm glad I started with a small pack I just wanted to try them and see if I like them better. I bought one of the shorter length which is what I usually get and then I bought this one with the long length and the long length is shorter than the regular . Glad I didn't spend any more money and got the small pack. no won't buy this one again. because from what I bought today the short is long and the long is short.
