This item was recommended by my parents home care nurse who was caring for a large wound. She recommended using a sterile saline wash to help prevent contamination and potential infection. We now have sterile saline wound wash in my home as well as my parents.

One of those “just have it” essentials. Simple saline, nothing fancy—but it does exactly what you want. Cleans wounds without stinging like crazy, which is a big win (especially with kids). The spray makes it easy to use, no touching, no mess, just rinse and go. Great for scrapes, cuts, random life injuries… because those always happen at the worst times. Basic, reliable, and way more useful than you think until you actually need it.

I needed saline solution for various reasons. nasal washing wound washing eyewashing. but I couldn't find any of the larger bottles that were not so expensive that I couldn't afford them. with this one gives me enough that I can refill my nasal wash and such at an affordable price. will buy again

Used for a new septum piercing and has worked fantastic! It's been almost half a year and I still have solution. Wound is all healed and no pain when cleaning!! Only negative is the cap comes off super easy, but it's not a huge deal.

Please stop paying extra for name brand products. This is the exact same thing and is so much cheaper! I use this for my piercings and they're healing great!

I liked the convenience of a saline spray instead of a traditional bottle for my wound care. I wish this had an adjustable spray, because it tends to spray out with some pretty fast and high pressure, which is not very gentle on wounds. (I worked around this by spraying slightly around my wound, and letting the saline flow onto it, instead of spraying it directly.) All in all, decent product.

Worked as needed. Only problem is I used it twice a day for 2 weeks and the can is already finished. I've had a can this size before but a different brand and it lasted me a month so I'm not sure what the difference is with this one.

I got this to clean my ear piercings. I ran through one bottle in like four uses because the stream comes out so weak, like there's no pressure behind it. I kind of just felt like I was trickling water down my ear instead of it having good pressure and being able to dislodge any debris or foreign materials

I havr rated this product low because it is too difficult to use. The spray top is very hard to depress. I had a bad scrape on my right arm and being right handed, my left hand could not get it to spray.

I bought it to spray my ear piercing- to clean it on the go, but the product comes out in a huge stream! This is not a 'misting your piercing with saline' kind of product. At the end of the day, it's saline- and you can spray it into a cup and apply it with a swab... but that defeats the purpose of getting a convenient spray.
