I'm told that the generic brand works just as good. Well I can truly say that it doesn't. I've used the off brand and then because of lack of stock had to get name brand. I'll never buy off brand again. If you have need of this type of medicine then this name brand is the way to go, it really does work better than any off brand.

This is the only OTC pain reliever that works for me. Couldn't live without it!!

The only thing that works on Sinus Headaches! I have been using this for years, works in minutes. I adore this product; until I discovered this, I suffered with terrible headaches due to allergies. Same as Excedrin Sinus only cheaper price.

This particular product has been the best for migraines to keep from going to prescription. Others were not as reliable or caused nausea. Highly recommended

This product is exceptional for both a person who suffers with migraines and general aches and pains. I wish that they would make them in geltabs but it appears that for some reason they discontinued that product option.

I get migraines 4 out of 7 days a week. I would not be able to survive without these. They work pretty well on the headache. Don't get me wrong they don't always work but they work more times than not

I have had the same product for at least a year that expired at least 2 years out. This same product expires a month sooner than my old product. So I don't trust the dealer, (unless something changed with the manufacturer), but doubt it.

This is NOT the normal Excedrin Migraine!! The REAL Excedrin Migraine product ALWAYS had an “E” on one side. Not this time !! It is some type of generic brand ??!!
