A true egg noodle, not corkscrew pasta
The classic wide egg noodle is becoming hard to find, Sooo happy I found the Gia Russia brand! For some reason, the usual big brands have switched egg noodles into corkscrew pasta. Egg noodles should be flat with a ribbon ruffle on the edges, not a corkscrew shape. The fact almost all brands are now corkscrew pasta, it exposes they're all made at the same production plant for all companies just charging different prices for labels.

Great taste, texture and quality!
Great tasting egg noodles. Makes a lovely beef tips with gravy over the noodles, over stews, casseroles, and so good in any kind of soup. Endless possibilities for deliciousness!
