I don't know what kind of wizardry Idahoan put in this 4 oz pouch, but these Applewood Smoked Bacon mashed potatoes are downright delicious. The smoky flavor comes in like it owns the place — bold but not bossy — and somehow manages to taste like you slow-cooked something for hours instead of five minutes. We've paired it with chicken, steak, and even spooned it next to baked beans like it was the guest of honor at dinner. Honestly? It almost outshined the main dish. And here's where things got wild — we stirred in a little extra cheese one night and suddenly it turned into this creamy, smoky masterpiece. The next day we used the leftovers as a dip (yes, a dip!) for crackers and veggies and I'm not even sorry. It was fantastic. If you want a side dish that tastes like effort but requires basically none, this is it. It's cozy. It's bold. It's bacon-y happiness in potato form. Stocking up immediately. No hesitation. No regrets.

I bought this once before and really liked the taste. It's quick to fix and the cost is low. There's enough there for 1-2 servings. Gluten-free product. They're real potatoes. Something good to have on hand. No problem here with this item. To me, this is a good purchase.

I love the Idahoan Applewood Smoked Bacon Mashed potatoes becase they are not only very flavorable but they are easy to prepare and you do not have the lumps.

When we think of "instant potatoes" none of us thinks of good flavor, do we? Idahoan will change your mind about that! This particular flavor is my favorite. If I knew how to get this flavor from homemade mashed potatoes I might consider not buying these anymore, but why when these are so very good? I will say that I use milk as half the liquid required. I'm also a butter lover so I put a lot of butter on mine. These are easy, fast, delicious to the point of BETTER than homemade. What's not to love?

These are really good considering they are instant mashed potatoes. Fast and easy to make with an authentic taste. I held the rating to 4 stars only because they still can't compete with boiling potatoes and mashing them yourself. With that being said, this is my go-to brand because I can count on the product to be consistent in quality and affordability.

These potatoes are really easy to make. They are delicious for any meal. They are great with butter, salt %26 pepper. This product is a must try. You won't be disappointed. Try them.

I did not get everything i ordered and you can't produce. A receipt with each thing listed I bought your. Associate got smart with me over it I could not understand him abd he was rude rude and hateful to me I finally hung up the phone and gave up

We love regular Idahoan instant buttery potatoes and we're big bacon lovers so we thought we'd like these, but they had an awful super strong nasty fake "SMOKE" taste! The more you eat the stronger the taste gets and it stays for hours! Hubby %26 I very rarely agree on anything but we both hated these and threw most of them away! Back to our usual!
