No more digestive issues
These pre post probiotics work good. Being menopausal I've had issues with my stomach. I was recommended to try these, so I did. They definitely help. I also like that they are zero sugar, but you can't even tell. Good fruity flavor. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to get their gut in check.

Goli Pre-Post-Probiotic Zero Sugar Gummies
I wasn't sure about whether I would like the taste of the sugar free gummies but I am diabetic so anything I can do to help my A1C must be considered. These taste fine. I have only used for a couple of days. Goli is my go to brand for many of my supplements. No issues. Price was much lower than the sugared gummies as well.

No Bloating !!
Of course I cannot 100% prove it but I have not been bloated or had that bloated feeling since I started taking these. I have now started taking all the others this brand makes.
