Enchiladas are a great option for working parents-they take 10 minutes, at most, to assemble, and everybody likes them. This is my favorite canned sauce because it's really delicious and thick. I feel like my family is getting lots of nourishing peppers when I use this.

This was my 1st %26 LAST time using this the taste was HORRIBLE! It tasted like water %26 chili powder, even my husband %26 son noticed IMMEDIATELY %26 suggested i NEVER use this brand again it took away from the flavor of my normally delicious beef enchiladas smh 🤢🤮

I've made enchiladas many times using canned sauce. This was the first time I had used Las Palmas . When I opened the can I thought the sauce looked a little runny, but I thought it would thicken up in the oven. I had briefly fried the tortillas to soften them as usual. I poured the sauce over the top as I always do, but when I took them out of the oven I saw the sauce had turned to sludge under the enchiladas. I tasted it, and the sauce was bitter and metallic tasting. I now have read some tips online about adding various things to canned sauce but I never had to do that before. I had bought a few cans of this thinking it would be fine, but now I will throw those away. Horrible after taking the time to prepare them.

and i mean years! it was my favorite canned enchilada sauce %26 affordable. but the last 4 or 5 times i’ve used it, it’s been off. strange taste, nothing like the usual taste. this last time the color was MAJORLY off. it was extremely bright red before cooking and my enchiladas came out dark brown. super unappealing. and this last time my whole family had upset stomach within an hour of eating it. never again will i buy this sauce.

Marked "mild" but was anything but. I LOVE spicy food, but this was over-the-top, ridiculously hot. Was either mislabeled, or someone's idea of "mild" is inconsistent with reality. Ruined the meal.

I thought I picked the right sauce but this one was really really nasty I will never ever buy this one again ever.

Was very looking forward on eat enchiladas. I taste it and it tastes like acid. Like i went bad? I just purchased it yesterday from the store. Would not recommend.

i have never read reviews on enchilada sauce before. why would i need to? i will from now on. this sauce was so gross that my dog wouldn't eat it. It's not a great impression on my picky four year old trying enchilada's for the first time.

I didn't trust the reviews and bought this sauce anyway. A lot or Walmart reviewers are quite frankly just a bunch of whiny picky wasps. Well this time they were tight and I was wrong. I am not the least bit picky, but this sauce rendered a whole pan of food inedible. Extremely bitter, sour, and rancid. Tried adding sugar to the sauce and it did nothing.
