This enchilada sauce is very creamy and flavorful with a hint of spice. If I had to make it again, I would season my ground beef, have more meat, add onions, and cheese to the inside of the tortillas. Dipping the tortillas was a little awkward - probably would just add sauce onto mixture before rolling them instead. The flavor is good and compatible to other products. I like the ease of having this on hand and it's quick and easy meal. *I did add more cheese to the top (I am a Wisconsinite)

The McCormick Enchilada sauce packet we got for free to review made dinner easy and quick. We used the black bean recipe with a couple alterations (used taco cheese and added to the bean and corn mixture and spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce) and it turned out delicious! It added plenty of flavor but wasn't too spicy for the kids.

We go this in the day before yesterday so we decided to take a family trip to Publix and grab everything else we needed for enchiladas, and let me tell you this packet packed a really good flavor for our meal. It was so good I went back out today and bought 2 more packs of this seasoning just for another batch of enchiladas I'm planning to make for my family in a week or so because they were such a hit at the house this week! So love this stuff

I thought this enchilada sauce was pretty tasty compared to some of the canned brands I've used before. The instructions were super easy, assuming you have a can of tomato sauce available, and the sauce came out to a very nice consistency; not too thin and not too thick. My family enjoyed the meal, and I'd purchase this over other brands going forward.

This was an easy to follow recipe on the packet that made a good enchilada sauce. It had a great texture and good flavors in the sauce. My husband was so happy for an enchilada night and enjoyed the sauce. My youngest did not complain about it and that in itself is a high compliment in our house.

I don't usually use packets - but this was good! It does require a can of tomato sauce, which many people already have on hand, and that I think elevates it over other options. Overall I would use this again, and I will be looking for other McCormick packets like this for other types of enchiladas.

it didn't make enough sauce for half a pan of enchiladas. I had to add canned sauce to stretch it. it's cheaper to buy can sauce than the powder which defeated the purpose of me buying it
