Yumm
Although my husband prefers everything too spices, this is plentifully spiced for the average higher end of spices/ person. The overall taste is yummy. Not for anyone who does NOT prefer some spiciness!!

Love the Enchilada Sauce
Our family loves Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce. We now have 4 generations that are all in for Old El Paso. My grandmother and mother frequently made stacked red enchiladas with an egg on top using Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce. My mother was raised in Las Cruces New Mexico and eventually moved to Seattle. Even though she could make homemade enchilada sauce with chilies from New Mexico, she preferred Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce. The only downside is it's hard to find Hot enchilada sauce. I usually just find Mild (which is great too) but we like the hotter sauce. I stumbled on Medium so I bought all the cans I could.

Best Enchiladas made
This is my families favorite enchilada sauce. Old El Paso Red Enchilada Sauce in hot has a balance of favor. The richness like the cooking took days to develop. In a stacked enchilada this is by far the best. The color will have you eating with your eyes, but the flavor is amazing. I recommend this product.

Will do in a pinch
I prefer an enchilada sauce that I can only purchase in El Paso, Tx. But in a pinch, when I can find this one in "hot", I use it. It is easy to use, just warm it up and it does have a kick. Unfortunately, it is hard to find "hot" in any of my close by Walmart`s. I found 2 cans, and grabbed them up. The last 2 on the shelf.

My brother-in-law's favorite enchilada sauce
I get this as a gift for my brother-in-law. I've gotten him numerous HOT enchilada sauces over the years, and the OLD EL PASO brand HOT enchilada sauce is his favorite. Difficult to find on store shelves in our area, so we are very pleased that it is available online through Wal-Mart.
