These are the HOLY GRAIL of my breastfeeding journey. I went from a few clogged ducts a week with fevers/chills to absolutely 0 since I started taking them. I'm too afraid to get another clogged duct so I just take them daily and will continue to do so until I stop breastfeeding!

I had multiple plugged ducts with my first child and took another brand of sunflower lecithin to help relieve them. With my second child, I got one plugged duct within a week of breastfeeding, then I turned to legendary milk's sunflower lecithin and took two softgels daily. I successfully breastfeed my second baby until she was a year old, without any plugged ducts while taking legendary milk's sunflower lecithin. I would highly recommend!
