Ok. I started taking these at bed because I tend to get the munchies at bed. These helped in that I stopped munching beause these were so yummy. The taste is great, just like candy. They definitely helped me stop munching on sweets and chips in bed. I recommend these.

i didn't really expect it to work, but I keep losing weight slowly. I haven't changed anything about what I eat, which is alot of fast foods. i work full-time and take care of my mom (93 yrs old),so I don't have alot of time to cook. i drink about 3 - 4 20oz bottles of water a day. That's not new either. two gummies in am and they taste like candy, not kidding. bowel movement's regular and comfortable. id really tell anyone to try them, they aren't expensive.

i dont know if they really work or not. i have lost weight when using them, and they taste great, so it makes them easy to use. Even if it isnt helping, they make me feel better and feel like they are so THAT is worth it to me. as someone who has a hard time losing weight, this is wonderful

They kind of all stick together you have to rip them apart but they've helped diminish my cravings! Idk about weight loss but I do feel less hungry

I have been taking this product for approximately 18 months, and I have steedly lost weight. It also has suppressed my cravings for sweets. I will definitely purchase it again.

When I received the gummy's, I opened the first jar. They were all stuck together. I had to pull apart what I could and when I opened the second bottle they also were stuck together. They didn't help me. I don't know if something went wrong with them or what but I'm not happy with those at all and I pretty much like a refund.

I followed the directions and done just like it said to do but after taking it for 2 whole months I never lost a pound. I would not recommend this item!

There is no BHP in these Gummies. They are simple apple cider vinegar, Gummies, which makes them extremely overpriced. I already have enough apple cider vinegar capsules for six months. They need to show the nutritional facts I should have known better.
