This is the first time we've tried it and it works so well. Taken as described on the bottle, the family is able to wind down at a decent hour after dinner and some family time... to a gentle quiet time. The gummies are great tasting, good texture, easy to swallow. It really has made a difference in sleepy time and more importantly - staying alseep throughout the night with little interruption. Gentle enough for the kids and adults - I highly recommend to anyone that needs to supplement their natural body melatonin with a little more.

Both of our girls both need help getting to sleep, they are so busy that around bedtime they have a hard time winding down. Typically bedtime is about an hour without melatonin. However, this product has eased our nightly routine. In under a half hour the kids slowly fall asleep. These gummies are our new preferred brand and product. In no way does this sway this review. My 4 and a half year old has problems falling asleep. These gummies are so easy and fun for him to take without any fighting. They aren't too tough or sticky to chew and the berry flavor is great for kids. The 1mg per chewy melatonin gummies work quickly for us. Given 20 minutes before bedtime per the bottle label. They are Gluten Free, Non-GMO, Vegetarian and Gelatin free. These are safe and effective for ages 4 and up.

When my husband and I opened the bottle we told our boys the gummies were "tire" gummies and they immediately wanted them before bed. Our boys are super picky and both chewed them no problem! They calmed down and were out within ten minutes after putting them to bed. This has now become a ritual for the past week giving our boys each a "tire" gummy before bedtime. I had never heard of these before and received them as a free sample for my review. I honestly would recommend these to all parents as it helps calm them down during their bedtime routine. These are get to make my brain clam down to sleep. I take 3 at night to sleep with in 15 minutes I am sound asleep other wise my brain just thinks all night.

Love these sleep gummies. My toddler often has trouble calming his mind and these are great to have on hand for nights he needs help sleeping restfully!

These gummies are perfect for my son because they taste good and they work. His doctor is aware of his use of these and has encouraged him to up the dose by 1mg, equaling 3mg total each night.

Love that these are a great option for the entire family. They have good ingredients, and I especially loved that they do not contain gelatin, gluten, or other ingredients that our family doesn't eat. The 1mg melatonin dose is perfect for nights that you only want a small dose to help with sleep for younger children, or you can take more than one for a higher dose for older children or adults. They taste very good and are easy to store. My only complaint would be that the gummies do have a tendency to stick together, but that's just a minor issue. Overall, these are my favorite melatonin gummies to help with sleep!

I would have given five stars, but last week I ordered four bananas for that week and they gave me green bananas. Those bananas have finally ripened. I have children that wanted to eat bananas and they were hard. Otherwise great.
