My kid has ADHD and autism and it's very hard for her to go to bed sometimes. these gummies help those really heavy nights where it is almost impossible to get her to bed. they are gentle and have never triggered anything in her and her doctor appears to giving her these every once in awhile when needed

I can recommend these for adults as well. They're much less potent than the standard 5 or more mg dosage but still induce sleep, but in a gentler way, and have the added benefit of not waking up groggy from too deep a sleep. Sleep aids can sometimes work almost too well and ruin the entire next day experiencing brain fog or fighting that sluggish feeling you just can't shake off even with strong coffee. I think for children one half of one piece would be enough to be effective.

My little one has been having some bad dreams and rough nights i feel like sometimes she sleeps but shes not getting well rested. Ill sometimes give her some of these to help out some nights and she'll stay asleep thru the night . I dont like using these all the time but sometimes i do notice they help her!

My picky toddler daughter has sleep issues that these help with, immensely! Her doctor approved 1-2/each night, as needed. (They're 1mg/each) Also being sugar free helps before bed! She loves the flavors, too! Definitely recommend! We've been using these for about 1/2 yr now and they're a game changer for sure!

it's not very strong if they overtake it they'll just be high. the safety catch is not safety cage it's a piece of crap. so if you have a medicine bottle around that's large with a child-proof catch please transfer into the child proof medicine bottle.

My kids and I love these, we have some nightly, just before bed; we are all asleep within about 45 minutes of ingesting them. They taste delicious, and help produce melatonin. Great value for the price, also. Especially considering, I got them on sale! Thanks Wal-Mart!!

I have 6 kids who take melatonin. I've been trying to wean them all off of it, and started cutting a gummy in half (so each child is getting .5mg of it nightly), and it works better than the technical dose. My kids eat the sugar free ones, which are usually cheaper. They've never complained about the taste, and knowing my kids, if it was gross, we wouldn't be using these.

Been using these for years for my two kids with ADHD on nights they're restless or just super wound up. They are great. They really help them relax and they aren't sluggish in the morning. Seems to really help them fall asleep calmly. I have a toddler and a preteen, they both enjoy the flavor and it's not a fight to get them to take unlike some others we've tried in the past. We also don't use every night. This bottle lasts usually 9 months for 2 kids. It's well worth it, i highly recommend!

I'm very disappointed in the results of the melatonin my daughter has yet to go to sleep. She is displaying combative behavior and this is normal but not to the extent of this! Let me explain in futher detail normally there a little fuss at bedtime but today after 1 melatonin she fought her father repeatedly. She punched me in the face and pulled her dad eyelash out. I would not recommend this to any parent. This is a horrible product.

Overall it's a good product. I won't buy them again because they are made with xylitol and can poison a pet. It's not worth the risk if accidentally dropped etc
