I recommend this to take if you have any insomnia or have a hard time getting to sleep at night it's non habit forming and you wake up the next day feeling refreshed and not groggy and you stay asleep all night and it taste like candy

These taste great and really do a good job. I love that the dosage instructions are easy to follow, the gummies are great for chewing quickly to start receiving the benefits of them and for a great price. I will surely keep buying these in the future since they are easy, they ship quickly and are inexpensive.

There are times when I'm so tired. I can't fall asleep. That's when I reached out from my melatonin. I take two or three depending how tired I am. It takes about 20 minutes for it to kick in and before you know it I'm so sleepy and I get a good nights sleep. I used to take sleeping pills, but I woke up groggy with this gummy I'm not afraid of overdosing. Love them if you need a good night sleep, I'd recommend it.

Personally it seems to me that the bigger bottle with 5mg and larger count worked much better,I find myself still sitting up for awhile waiting for sleep
