Good product, good price
After my magnesium iv infusion in the hospital my physician recommended this dosage for me. (Yours might not recommend this high dose so please check with your physician first) *fingers crossed* my bloodwork next time is better. No side effects, no issues, good price for the amount of dosages.

Nature's Bounty supplements are great for your body and your wallet! This is a good brand and the price of all their supplements is the BEST for my money! They are usually the best pricing for what you get and you do get the best with this company.

I got to say this mag supplement surprised me for the positive. Last night was a night I didn't even have a muscle cramp! I am so pleased with this after having to deal with nightly cramps in my legs after taking this supplement I did not experience any cramps in my legs which seems like a miracle to me. For the relief of cramps alone I will continue taking !

Muscle an ZZZ support with a side of bubble gut.
I like all the benefits of this MD recommended supplement. I would advise working up to a full tablet to avoid mild to moderate disruption to gastrointestinal functioning. I cut back to half a tablet at night for several weeks then added back in a day and night half tablet then eventually back to a full tablet at night for maximum comfort and regularity. This does not cause drossiness in me but it does support a better sleep and relaxed muscles, which is what I wanted.

Be aware of the quality of the product!
Be careful with this product, after taking it for several days I started to notice changes in my body that I didn't have in the past. It made me really sick to my stomach and I noticed I was very bloated.
