If you have a tuff time swallowing large pills or pills in general then gummy vitamins are the best thing for you. Remember there is almost 4g of added sugar so keep that in mind . But are effective for sure .

The texture is not the chewy texture but better so that it doesn't get stuck in your teeth. The packaging is safe because I can barely open it so no kids will be doing so.
