The flavor is good. There is no overpowering taste of iron like other vitamins I have tried. My iron levels have increased a lot more than they were. I would recommend this iron with vitamin C.

These are the best iron supplements I have used yet! They don't taste too bad. My iron has been right on target since I started taking these. Maybe the added vitamin C is helping with that too. Other supplements without that don't always make my iron at the right levels.

They are also vegetarian friendly, as they do not contain gelatin. I would absolutely recommend these to anyone who is having trouble getting their daily iron or with anemia in general.
