I bought these because I was lacking in vitamin d due to winter darkness, I use these 6 months out of the year from November to April for the lack of sunlight, the pill is a bit large but I haven't had an issue as of yet, they seem to be working fine.

My doctor advised me to take Vitamin D3 and I love the fact that this product has magnesium citrate which helps the D3 work better. They are easy to swallow with no after taste. Take one a day and you're good to go. I highly recommend this product from a fine company.

I live in Florida, and even though we get a lot of sun here, I don't manage to get out and get enough natural sunshine, so I wanted to supplement. The D3 with Magnesium makes sure I get enough vitamin D3 to keep my immune system functioning in top shape. The pill itself isn't too big and is easy to swallow, even for someone like me that finds it difficult to swallow pills sometime. It seems to work well with my stomach and digestion as well, since I've had no issues with taking it. So if you're looking to get your vitamin D, this product seems to work well and I'd recommend.
