Others and I noticed difference
I find this herbal supplement works better and with less side effects than prescription antidepressants. I did check with my pharmacist to make sure it doesn't affect my other prescriptions. I feel better . Others including my therapist have noticed a difference for the better. I am very pleased with my purchase and it says I can take this for 12 weeks. Always check with your doctor or pharmacist before adding herbal supplements to your daily routine. I wasn't aware pharmacist were educated about herbal supplements but they were very helpful. I feel much more at peace even in the first few weeks. Prices are not too expensive and I'm no different except I am not so sad and prone to tears with the recent events that I have had to suffer through. I do recommend counseling with any kind of antidepressants. My anxiety is much better also. I find this company has very consistent quality in their products.

Happy wife - happy life - great mood enhancers
These really do help mood health. I am perimenopausal and mood stabilization is very important. My family can definitely tell if I forget my vitamins. I would highly recommend these.

New Packaging
I have been taking St John's Wort for on and off for many years. I have always stayed true to Natures Bounty. I trust there company and the quality. I have recently had to start purchasing the new packaged bottles, and I find the capsules to be different, and I'm not sure I'm getting the same dosage every time I switch bottles, and I take 2 to 3 pills a day so I go through a lot of bottles.

Strange
I just found out that the brand "nature's bounty" is owned by Nestlé. A bit strange. Just an FYI for people who also did not know. I also did not like this supplement.
