I usually go with nature made vitamins because I know that, that brand works well and is good quality, but when the price of nature made was almost double of these I thought well lets go with the ones I can afford. And in this case I am glad I did! you get a little more for the lower cost and the quality seems to be prety high. It works great to give a boost of positivity to feel happier as well as help the brain feel more clear and less foggy. pros: mental energy boost, less brain fog, more positive mood. Cons: If one capsule does not work for you, you can end up using 2 or 3 pretty quickly each day wich runs out fast. and the size is fairly large you need to be used to say a fish oil sized tablet. Overall verdict, for myself I would say it was worth it.

This SAM-e seems to retain its potency consistently. While the price fluctuates somewhat, it is as good a value as Nature's Made or other such well-known brands.
