I'm an artist that one day just couldn't hold a brush. It felt sudden. I dunno if it was, but now i know this- I have arthritis, I started having it at 29, and this has been so vital to my life since I found it. It helps with depression and fatigue and pain. It's not going to make these things go away but it will make life livable again, if you're over 30 and are trying to overcome general malaise. Again- I still suffer. But I'm not seriously contemplating death every winter like I used to. It takes about 2 weeks of regular doses on an empty stomach daily to have an effect. You may need to tweak your dosage to get it right, if I take double, recommended on the box, I will have a BAD TIME. But with one a day, and various weeklong breaks every 3 months or so, it's been a lifesaver.

This SAM-e seems to retain its potency consistently. While the price fluctuates somewhat, it is as good a value as Nature's Made or other such well-known brands. I have been taking SAM-e for 20 years and have tried them all. I do shop for sales, but I keep coming back to Spring Valley as the best product for the price.

SAMe can be one of the pricier supplements out there, but one can easily waste money on subpar options. Enteric coating is the only way to go, and for those who need middle-to-upper level doses (800-1600mg), this is one of the better options out there. Give it time! I titrated from 400mg to 1200mg over a 10-day period, maintained 1200mg for six weeks, then went back to 800mg and the benefits are still present. They were noticeable within a week for me, though my physician initially said it may take three weeks to see benefits. Indeed, improvements continued for at least a month.

I usually go with nature made vitamins because I know that, that brand works well and is good quality, but when the price of nature made was almost double of these I thought well lets go with the ones I can afford. And in this case I am glad I did! you get a little more for the lower cost and the quality seems to be prety high. It works great to give a boost of positivity to feel happier as well as help the brain feel more clear and less foggy. pros: mental energy boost, less brain fog, more positive mood. Cons: If one capsule does not work for you, you can end up using 2 or 3 pretty quickly each day wich runs out fast. and the size is fairly large you need to be used to say a fish oil sized tablet. Overall verdict, for myself I would say it was worth it.

I love it. It has helped me with my depression and anxiety. If you don't know, you should research taking this with B vitamins , B12 and folate . It doesn't work overnight. Take it everyday with the B vitamins . Hopefully you will feel a difference by the 8th day. I say that because it takes a week at least. I was worried this lower cost brand would t be as effective but it is. I love it and will continue to get this one.

I find it works for me. I find it is not like a drug that calms a person down. Takes the edge off of what is ailing you. I recommended often when asked what I used. I started using it when it first arrived in the US in the 1980s. I caution anyone who wants to try it. I tell a person read the pamphlet careful and remember anything you take, that is not prescribed by a doctor, give it 30 days to see if it is right for you. I am still taking it
