After trying several versions of dry shampoo this brand has become my favorite! It truly does give volume to my hair and it smells amazing! Recently had a cyst removed from my scalp and after having to use antibiotic ointment and it making my hair greasy - this product was a Godsend for me!!!
I only buy this product whenever possible. It smells amazing and does a great job getting rid of greasy roots and adds volume to my super fine hair. If you have dark hair, this may not be the best for you since it does come out white. I like it for my dark blonde hair since it lightens it slightly.
I do not know where I would be without this product - IT works is easy to use - and I find it better than washing my hair every day - this gives my hair body - and yes - it does was out very easy
This dry shampoo is the best of the best hands-down. The best brand there is. I love it. The Volume is fabulous. The smell is fabulous. It holds throughout the day it freshens your hair. It definitely gives you volume hands-down the best.
This is the best dry shampoo, hands down, that I have ever encountered. I can go an entire 7 days without washing my hair if I wanted to, probably longer. It smells amazing, always looks washed, and has plenty of volume and bounce! I even use it on freshly washed hair to add extra volume when blow drying.
I've tried all the NYM dry shampoos. It's been my most repurchased brand over the years. It's affordable, easily accessible, works across a number of hair types and offers results. I have a wavy, silky smooth, yet flat hair texture, that becomes greasy easily. My 7 year old has spiral curls, and a thin, easily tangled hair type, that is voluminous at the ends, flat at the roots. I go back and forth between the three, depending on what we need. This one definitely adds the most volume, followed by Beach Babe, then Clean Freak. Plump For Joy is heavier and leaves more of a white cast than others, but it's easily worked in. It's a serious dry shampoo, offering more volume and cleaning power than the other two. Clean Freak is the most lightweight and refreshing, while offering some texture, and Beach Babe gives that gritty texturizing feeling that's amazing for waves, while still being lightweight. None of them cause tangles, they're all easy to brush through and work with, while giving a clean look and feel. I can't stand a dry shampoo that leaves painful and stiff tangles when trying to work it in. If you're trying to decide between the 3 from NYM, I hope this helps!
I like the mango scent of this dry shampoo and it didn't bother my sensitive scalp but I didn't find that it added any volume to my fine/thinning hair. I'm not sure it's THE best at helping out an oily scalp. It might be moderate at that but I think there might be better products. I felt like on a three day wash cycle I had to use it frequently just to get by where with other products I might only have to use it once in 3 days. I like it, I just don't know if I'd buy it again.
This product works as it should. It's great to remove oil from hair, but it does leave a white residue that you have to rub in or shake your hair to get it out. I only spray it on my roots so I have to take my fingers and rub it in so the white residue will go away. That's the reason why it's only getting three stars if it did not have a white residue it would get five stars.
Arrived dented, with caps cracked and crushed, and product leaked in box. They won't refund unless I waste an hour of my life driving to the store and waiting at customer service to return it in store. No integrity or customer service
This dry shampoo does absolutely nothing. We all have different hair so it may just not be for me. My scalp gets really oily. I have fine thin hair, so I was hoping this would work. I followed the directions and… nothing. My hair was still greasy and it didn't add any volume. None. I would not recommend this.
