These work gently and consistently without leaving me groggy the next morning. I fall asleep faster and my mind feels calmer instead of wired. The flavor is good and not overly sweet. Got a bottle after not using them for a while and really didn't mind the change in formula. Yes, the texture and taste are a bit different but it's really not that bad. I don't understand why people are being so negative about the change, you literally chew them for 10 seconds, swallow, then have the best sleep of your life, plus no grogginess in the morning like some other sleep aids have. If the texture and taste are so bad then chase it down with a Sprite or something. I'll continue to use these for occasional sleeplessness and would highly recommend them.

I on the other hand do not have this problem I sleep just fine but we both took this Olly together and my husband took the recommended 2 gummies and I only took one. I slept to good and sound that I had trouble getting up with my baby in the night. And my husband fell asleep within 30 minutes of taking the gummies and slept in in the morning so they completely work. Now he uses them every night because he wake so much more rested.

I've used many different kinds and this is the only brand that has not made me feel groggy in the morning. They allow me to fall asleep quickly without tossing and turning. They taste surprisingly good, are a soft gummy, and don't stick to my teeth. I'm glad it's an easy step 30 minutes before bed and only two gummies. I have slept well enough to dream lately, not positive they are related. I'm going to keep taking them in hopes I feel well rested in time.

These gummies work really well. But I did wake up with a headache. Flavor is good though. And the small packets is easy for on the go. Throw it in your bag and go.

It helps me fall asleep after maybe 25 minutes of taking them but i wake up an hour or two hours later. Although I don't think it's the products fault. When I took them my first week after purchasing they worked wonderfully and I slept all night. This is my third week and I'm having difficulty staying asleep. I wanted to take 3 or 4 but it says take 2. The taste isn't all that bad but the hint of mint is not so great lol
