I have many different pillows I have tried. This one is very firm keeps its shape very comfortable seem to keep your body aligned. The pillow aligns your neck a d spine resulting in a very relaxing condition allowing you to sleep all night uninterrupted sleep waking up refreshed ready for a good day. I would highly recommend this pillow to a tone. I tested it for almost a week to make sure it didn't breakdown or lose the cool effect it has. You don't get hot a d sweat with this pillow it is not cold just cool and relaxing . It doesn't have lumps in it it seems to be solid get very soft but firm

I really enjoy the comfort of my new Sertapedic Cool Nites pillow. At first, I was skeptical about the product’s claims to cool and provide moisture wicking, but I could tell when laying my head on it and then laying on my old pillow, that the Sertapedic pillow felt cooler. After sleeping on this wonderful pillow all night, I could tell the difference in temperature. I didn’t feel as hot during the night (kicking off the covers, then putting them back on later, and kicking them off again, and so on….). Also, when I lay my head down on this pillow, I can feel how it cushions and cradles my neck and head. My husband is very picky about the pillow he sleeps with, but it looks like I will be buying another Sertapedic Cool Nites pillow for him, because he tried mine and now wants one of his own! Beautiful, soft and lush pillow that for some reason does feel nice and cool. Can' t explain why, but for some reason, this pillow does seem to stay soft and cooler than I'm used to. With summer fast approaching, I think I'm going to love it. Super cushy, soft and yet with good support.

I have heard of cooling pillows but this is my first time trying it. This was a standard queen size pillow. First thing I noticed was the feel of the pillow outside material. Not unpleasant. That must be where the moisture wicking comes in, this is easy clean type material. Firm support which I love, plenty of filling inside of the pillow but not hard by no means! 300 thread count, you can tell the quality difference right away. Hypoallergenic premium polyester filling! It really does help keep you cooler at night. My teen daughter took one look and tell in love! So teenager approved! LOL!

It is thick the material looks like it's really cool and I can't really tell if you is cooling yet because I haven't used it yet. I'm waiting for some pillowcases to arrive, but the material is so soft.

I have used the pillow for about two weeks now. I would would descibe the pillow as the best I have had in my adult life. The pillow does actually stary cool as claimed. I have not yet washed the pillow so I can measure it's durability as of now. However I would strongly recommend the pillow.

these pillows are so comfortable! i am not sorry i purchased them. i highly recommend them if you're looking for new pillows.

For the price of these pillows I would get something else. It reminds me of a hospital pillow with the plastic around it, its soft but u have to form it. Unfortunately I lost the receipt so I can't return them. Its not the worst pillow but its not the best.

I wouldn't say these are cooling, even with bamboo sheets and the AC set to 70 degrees. They are fairly comfortable, but the casing material is rather stiff. It feels like a waterproof mattress cover in my opinion. My head ends up higher than I traditionally prefer. In a king sized pillow case, they look “stuffed” for the first couple nights, then seem to settle a little. When you have king sheets you need king pillows, which aren't always easy to find at a decent price. These were just “ok” from a comfort perspective in my opinion. I bought the brand assuming they would have some cooling effect and be comfortable, they do break in a little after a few nights.

The pillows never inflated , even after sitting for more than 24 hours and being fluffed up. Provides zero neck support. I had to bunch up the pillow to support my head. I've been waking up with a sore neck ever since I got these pillows. I read the reviews and maybe this is a one off.. I will have no choice but to return these pillows because I need really good next support when I sleep.
