Great mugs, not packaged as a set, and not properl
Caution: I was lucky that all 4 cups arrived in perfect condition directly from my local store: they were all loose and not individually wrapped or packaged as a bundle or set. All 4 were rattling around in a big unpadded Walmart baggy envelope/pouch. The product is great, but the Walmart fulfillment person needs training!

The items are not the problem
All of the items were exactly what the recipient asked for, but the care provided to these fragile items during delivery changed emotions greatly. The first set of cups were cracked. The coffee machine was also cracked and damaged. The pot set sent was not the color requested on the registry. Sadly, this house warming gift created extra work for the recipient which is what ordering online is suppose to eliminate. Things like this can happen, but when the entire box has something wrong with it, that tells a story about the people entrusted to pack and ship carefully.

Fun Mugs!!
I'm in the gold handled mug phase of my life. These Thyme %26 Table mugs are fantastic. There's another brand at Target that doesn't hold a candle to these. The gold handles on these are bright and shiny - I love the silly things. Still hand wash only!!

Exceptional pieces
I bought these as a gift for my daughter and had them delivered straight to her. They came directly from her local store. She said the delivery was wonderful and she said the quality was really good! And the design was beautiful.

Astonished at the packaging
The product was as expected. The packaging, however, was something no one with common sense would expect. These mugs were sent in a thin plastic bag with no bubble wrap or any protection at all to keep these four items made of ceramic from rubbing together, chipping, or breaking. Unbelievable! It was amazing that they came out in one piece. I will not be ordering anything else breakable from Walmart.

Walmart stole my money. Never delivered the item. I ordered 3 items %26 they only delivered cat food, but lied and said they delivered this mug, or the other one I ordered. Shame on you, Walmart!

the handle was broke during shipment and was told that i had to return it to get a replacement but i don't drive so i couldn't return it and was left with a broken cup.

4 mugs were shipped IN A PLASTIC BAG! NO BUBBLE WRAP- JUST LOOSE!!!! Of course one had a broken handle...BUT THE HANDLE WASN'T EVEN IN THE BAG!!! MORONS

Some of the items were delivered broken ( no protective packaging) I am sure it could have been detected since it was in a bag not a box. I love Thyme and Table ----- just not broken one. However I do thank you for the refund.
