the only melatonin that knocks me out. must have. serving size is 2 gummies but I take 1 and it does the trick. 2 gummies are too much for me it actually does the reverse affect and I can't sleep and when I finally fall asleep I have the most vivid/crazy dreams that feel real. taste %26 texture good, soft easy to chew.

I would prefer these be 2.5mg per gummy so I only needed one. I take two to equal 2mg but it isn't quite enough. I do love the flavor of these though!
