I bought it for two reasons, insomnia and anxiety. I took a tiny bite of the gummy and have felt relaxed since. Worked quickly for me and I have been yawning constantly. It doesn't have bad side effects like all the other sleep and anxiety meds I have taken. I hope it works long term, because it is very helpful for me.

I like the new gummy formula better than the old ones. The new ones are more like a real gummy candy. I start feeling them within 30 to 45 minutes and I seem to sleep better than I do with traditional melatonin pills. I have been taking melatonin almost every night for the last 10 years, I have tried many different brands and types and these are hands down the best I have taken.

This brand seems to work a bit better. Not as good as a RX from your Doctor. However, it does take off the edge so you can get some sleep. You can take 2, I use the one per night method. Good tasting as well.

This does help you fall asleep and as you continue to take it, sleep gets better. I started with one, just to see how I reacted to it. After a week, I increased it to 1 1/2. I do well on that. It's definitely worth the try.

Bought once before and reordered. Problem with this order and ended up getting refund. I initially (1st order) gummies style only gave limited benefit for me. Perhaps caplet/pill form would get better results.

My wife did not see any benefit using Relaxium, and maybe it is the GUMMIES that are not good. I wish that I got the regular pills or capsules which may have been better and more beneficial for her.
