This is an odd review because this very much works, and I had to stop taking it , I had surgery because of my hormone imbalance and decided to try this post op just to make sure and didn't realize how well it worked (so it very much started regulating my cycle, )which in my case they were trying to keep mine reduced but this is absolutely works and I did have to stop , but I highly recommend for anyone struggling with cycles or hormones and want to try over the counter route! Definitely worth a try , everyone's body is different! This is just based on my personal experience

Just make sure if your on any medication to check with your doctor before taking other than that great

They don't smell good. But they are easy to take. They do help with your hormones. The price is OK.

i have only taken this for a week now so i havent noticed any improvements yet. the capsules themselves seem to be tinted with what i can only assume is riboflavin from the smell, taste, and color. it has an awful earthy smell and taste and makes my urine bright neon yellow. for anyone who is having this issue, riboflavin is water soluable its vitamin b2 and anything your body doesnt need of it it gets rid of through your urine its harmless. i think the seller needs to go back to clear cellulose capsules or include riboflavin in the ingredients. i also recommend if you have pcos to double the dosage on the bottle and take 2 every 12 hours (4 a day) because 2000:50 isnt enough for pcos you need 4000:100. that would make this a 30 day supply not 60, however.

I just started taking inositol the past few months and wanted to try out other supplements so I tried it with this one because of how cheap it is. I've been using it for 3 weeks now and I don't notice anything other than my cycle just being delayed and the color of my urine is a darker hue of yellow every morning. It also has a horrible after taste that I didn't experience from the other brand that I was taking prior to this.

Started this brand for the first time, immediately noticed after taking it the first day my urine was BRIGHT yellow, any ovulation discharge I had was also bright yellow. Stopped taking, got better, switched to Legendary Milks version and have had zero issues. Concerning.

I bought this item before and it was great, however this 2nd purchase was not. The item smells horrible. It has a strong pungent rancid odor. The orange color of the supplement this time around is much darker, were before it was bright orange. Do not purchase. Very dissappointed because I did like this product intially. The smell and color change has me concerned about the safety of this item.

I have been buying this product for 2 years and it used to pale yellow see through, similar to fish oil, and had no smell. I just got a new shipment because I was low. and it looked similar to the very first picture. Very orange and smelled garlic and tumeric and those ingredients aren't on the bottle.

Horrible don't buy Headache every time I take them, They smell bad
