This is the first product that did not hurt my stomach when first starting them. The size is a little bigger than expected but they are much easier to swallow compared to other probiotics. I have had regular daily bathroom routines since starting these. works well for me. No bloating notices either!

I have IBS %26 this product fixes that within several hrs my stomach started 2 settle down within hrs, the diarrhea went away with in 1 day. i cant enough about taking Prebotics%26Probotics.

I have had no benefit. No effect whatsoever .
I am 66 and take care of myself. I take supplements. I felt absolutely nothing from this product. I'm still taking it, because I have it and it's too much of a hassle to send back.
